Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the gfplay website, mobile browser interface, and all related services accessible at gfplay.co.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the gfplay Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an Account with gfplay.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, wagering, and ancillary services offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" means Philippine Peso (PHP) amounts held in a User's gfplay account wallet, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive granted by gfplay to a User, subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity and age verification conducted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Activities" means any conduct listed in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Effective Date" means January 1, 2026, or such later date on which an amendment to these Terms takes effect.

By completing the registration process and creating a gfplay Account, clicking any "I Agree," "Sign Up," or equivalent button, or by accessing or using any Service offered on the Platform, you irrevocably accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional game-specific or promotional rules published on gfplay.co.

If you access the Platform on behalf of any organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and references to "you" in these Terms shall include that entity. gfplay does not accept corporate or organizational accounts for gaming purposes; all accounts must be held by individual natural persons meeting the eligibility requirements in Section 3.

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to register and maintain a gfplay Account, you must:

• Be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or other non-individual entity);
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where your use of the Platform would be unlawful;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of gfplay or any of its affiliates, subsidiaries, or service providers where participation in real-money gaming may present a conflict of interest;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by you voluntarily through gfplay's responsible gaming tools or mandated by any regulatory authority;
• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete registration information, and maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your use of the Platform.

gfplay reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any Account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, at any time and without prior notice. Where a User is found to have misrepresented their age or identity, gfplay reserves the right to void all transactions, forfeit all Funds and Bonuses in the Account, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Registration

To access real-money Services on gfplay, you must register a single Account using your valid Philippine mobile number or email address. You may only hold one (1) Account on gfplay. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the contact information used — is prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated Funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, date of birth, and contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.

4.3 KYC Verification

Before any withdrawal may be processed, and as a condition of full Account activation, gfplay requires all Users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be required to submit a clear photographic copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, including but not limited to:

• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Passport issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA)
• Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID
• Voter's ID issued by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC)

gfplay may additionally request proof of address, source of funds, or other documentation as required for regulatory compliance. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable period may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.4 One Account Per Household / Device

Where gfplay reasonably determines that multiple Accounts are being operated from the same household, IP address, device, or payment method, gfplay reserves the right to apply bonus restrictions, limit withdrawals, or close one or more Accounts pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gfplay Login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) or two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Not permit any other person to access your Account or place bets on your behalf;
• Notify gfplay immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your Account or any security breach;
• Use a strong, unique password and update it periodically;
• Log out from your Account when using a shared or public device.

gfplay will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication purporting to be from gfplay that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

gfplay shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section, including losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account that could have been prevented by following the security guidance above.

6.1 Deposits

gfplay accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page at the time of transaction. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your gfplay Account instantly; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.

You may only deposit Funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another person, or using payment methods belonging to a third party, is strictly prohibited. gfplay reserves the right to return deposits to the originating payment method if this condition is not satisfied.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. You must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is approved. gfplay processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Withdrawal section of your Account; typical GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on gfplay are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit or withdraw via a USD-denominated instrument (such as USDT TRC20), conversion will be applied at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by gfplay.

6.4 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months shall be classified as dormant. gfplay may apply a dormancy administration fee of up to PHP 200 per month to the Account balance, provided that the Account balance shall not be reduced below zero. Prior notice of dormancy status will be sent to the registered email or mobile number on file.

gfplay may offer Bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to Users from time to time. All such promotions are subject to these general Terms and to any specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer. In the event of conflict, specific promotional terms shall prevail over these general Terms for the purpose of that promotion only.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also called playthrough or rollover requirements) as specified in the relevant promotional terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, Bonus funds may not be withdrawn. gfplay will clearly state the applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, and expiry date for each Bonus at the time it is offered.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

gfplay monitors accounts for patterns of wagering activity that indicate Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets on the same game to generate artificial wagering volume, systematically withdrawing Bonus funds before wagering requirements are met, coordinated use of multiple Accounts to claim the same Bonus multiple times, and any other conduct designed to exploit or circumvent the intent of promotional offers. Where Bonus abuse is identified, gfplay reserves the right to void the Bonus and any winnings derived from it, and to restrict future promotional eligibility.

7.3 Expiry

All Bonuses carry an expiry date. Any Bonus balance that has not been fully wagered through to meet the applicable requirement by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. gfplay is not obligated to reinstate forfeited Bonus balances.

All games available on gfplay are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game or game category page on the Platform. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

8.1 RNG Games

All Random Number Generator (RNG) powered games on gfplay use certified software that has been tested and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. The outcomes of RNG games are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by any party, including gfplay. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over large sample sizes; individual session results will vary.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers using real physical equipment (cards, dice, roulette wheels) under controlled conditions. All live dealer game streams are monitored and recorded. Results generated by the live dealer equipment are final once the outcome has been determined and confirmed by the dealer.

8.3 Malfunction and Technical Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure, gfplay reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the User's Account balance. gfplay shall not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control. If a malfunction results in an incorrectly displayed payout, the correct payout calculated by the game engine shall apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gfplay. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, voiding of bets, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register an Account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 3, including the 21-year age minimum;
• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or using the identity information of another person;
• Using false, misleading, or fraudulent identity, age, address, or payment information;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other purpose prohibited by Philippine law or international financial regulations;
• Using automated scripts, bots, crawlers, software exploits, or any non-human mechanism to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players during games, including sharing hand or card information in live dealer games;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption related to sporting events on which gfplay offers betting;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any game software, RNG, or Platform infrastructure;
• Conducting transactions using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gfplay staff, dealers, or other Users through any Platform channel;
• Publishing, sharing, or otherwise distributing live dealer streams or any Platform content without prior written authorization from gfplay.

gfplay provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. gfplay will notify you when your limit is approaching.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your Account will be inaccessible for the duration of the cool-off.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from gfplay. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the duration selected and cannot be cancelled early under any circumstances.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic on-screen reminders showing your session duration and net session result.

The gfplay Platform, including all software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and all other materials contained therein, are the proprietary property of gfplay or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform or its content beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, frame, deep-link, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content for any purpose without the prior written consent of gfplay. Unauthorized use of gfplay's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gfplay, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services, even if gfplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

gfplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by you into your gfplay Account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gfplay provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. gfplay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your gfplay Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closing your Account, you should withdraw all available Funds. Any Bonus balance that has not been played through to meet applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by gfplay

gfplay reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You are found to have engaged in any Prohibited Activity as set out in Section 9;
• You breach any provision of these Terms or any specific game, promotion, or product rules;
• gfplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or regulatory authority directive;
• gfplay has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or other illegal activity;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes are raised against deposits you have made into your Account;
• Your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to gfplay.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, gfplay will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and notify you of the outcome. Funds in a suspended Account will not be released until the investigation is concluded to gfplay's satisfaction.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of gfplay.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact gfplay's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. gfplay will endeavour to respond to and attempt to resolve all legitimate User disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this Section shall limit gfplay's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or restrain any breach or threatened breach of these Terms.

gfplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, gfplay will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via the Platform, email, or both, prior to the amended Terms taking effect. The date of the most recent revision will be reflected in the "Effective Date" noted at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of gfplay following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 13.1.
